JAIPURI PRINT - Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship products only within India. Orders to remote areas may take additional time for delivery due to logistical challenges.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping may be offered for certain promotions or minimum order thresholds.

3. Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. For remote locations, it may take 7-10 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have not received tracking details, please contact us for assistance.

6. Order Delays

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you in case of such delays.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange or refund based on the situation.
